I'm reviewing The Nice Guys, which is written & directed by the great Shane Black (writer of The Last Boy Scout), starring Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe. It's about a private investigator (Ryan Gosling) looking for a girl that has gone missing. Meanwhile, an enforcer that hurts people for a living (Russell Crowe) is hired to stand in his way. Bad fate leads them to work together to find the girl before she ends up dead like everyone else. Shane Black again hits it out of the park with his great dialogue, comedic lines and smart ass one-liners like he did with The Last Boy Scout. This movie was awesome. Ryan and Russell both had fantastic chemistry. I laughed hard throughout this film. With little to no flaws, I give it a 9/10. I highly recommend it.
