Eddie here again. Today I'm reviewing War Dogs, directed by Todd Phillips, starring Jonah Hill, Miles Teller, Kevin Pollak, and Bradley Cooper. War Dogs is based on a true story about two young men who end up working together in selling small arms to countries that are in war. They end up winning a $300 million dollar contract with the Pentagon to arm American allies in Afghanistan. When I first saw this trailer, I expected it to be meh, so I waited till it was released on video. By surprise, I actually really enjoyed this film. It had great performances by the cast. This film was also shot really great. It had a mixture of Miami Vice meets Wolf of Wall Street meets Pain & Gain feel. It had great twists throughout that I really enjoyed. My only con was that I wish they would have went into more detail how the Efraim character became a huge successful small Arms dealer at such a young age. I highly recommend this film. I'm going to give this an 8/10.
